Stay Fit

Stay fit, be mobile

As we grow older, physical mobility is vital for us all. To not become restricted, we need to keep our bodies moving and our minds healthy. Stay Fit is designed to promote active and healthy aging and to make injury rehabilitation available outdoors in the public space. The Stay Fit portfolio offers a range of training stations, each facilitating the training of fundamental skills. Each station is inspired by activities and obstacles you would meet in everyday life. E.g. walking on stairs and on uneven surfaces while keeping your balance.
