The Talk Tubes engage children who can communicate with others at ground level through the tubes. This adds an element of wonder and stimulates communication and turn-taking.
The Crawl-through Hole invites climbing and crawling through, developing cross-coordination, proprioception and spatial awareness.
Sliding is thrilling. When sliding with a friend or caregiver, it is a joyful social experience. Sliding trains the sense of balance, the understanding of speed and spatial awareness.
The swaying Bird’s Nest is a challenging destination and a nice gathering place to get a feeling of height and a view of your friends and the playspace.
Climbing the inclined nets trains cross-coordination, proprioception and spatial awareness.
Swaying in the Hammock develops children’s sense of balance, which is fundamental for all other motor skills in infants and toddlers.
The PlayFair is the smallest dome we have ever designed. It’s especially created for our youngest users, the 2 to 5 year-olds.
The height of the central bird’s nest swing is 4 feet and the small monster on the steel arch on top is 10 feet.
To the front, right, and left, there are playful panels of monsters with rotating eyes.
It also has a platform with a double slide, a small house-type enclosure at the bottom, sound shakers and speaking tubes, small membrane creatures and monster slime, alongside wobbly monster teeth and rotating eyes on the top of some of the posts.
A conceptual product from KOMPAN Design Studio is pure inspiration, but can serve as a starting point for your specific play landmark. Our skilled designers at KOMPAN Design Studio can take any idea or concept and create an architectural gem for you.
‘The PlayFair is a real genuine Corocord® product, designed with lots of rope and membrane elements.’
