As more people live in cities with limited space and limited time for physical activity, cities must find novel ways of inviting citizens to exercise and live an active life as a means to counteract the negative impact of a sedentary lifestyle.

An Active City invests and designs its urban spaces for social interaction and movement through play and exercise for people of all ages and abilities. We have formed a partnership with Gehl Institute and Architects to unfold the concept of Active Cities. Gehl Institute has already supported major cities around the world in designing “people first cities”. Together with Gehl, we will unfold the concept of Active Cities with attractive Social Infrastructure to politicians, customers, and fundraisers.

We are committed to collaboration with designers and city-developers to find viable and sustainable solutions that inspire people to exercise and have fun.
